Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges for individual bookings
  • If cancelled 96 hours prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
  • If cancelled within 48-72 hours prior to check-in date, then the amount would be kept as credit which can be utilized for future bookings until 6 months from the cancellation date.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours before the check-in will attract one night retention charges.
  • The mentioned amount can be adjusted against future booking as per the applicable tariff for the amended date.
Confirmation/cancellation policy for weddings and large celebrations
  • 25% of the total billing has to be made at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
  • 25% of the total billing has to be made 90 days prior to event.
  • 25% of the total billing has to be made 60 days prior to event.
  • 25% of the total billing has to be made 30 days prior to event.
  • If not complied with the above, the booking can be cancelled.
  • Full clearance of bill at the time of check-out.
  • In case of any cancellation:
    • Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled anytime between 3 months and 1 month prior to the date.
    • 100% retention to be charged if cancelled 1 month prior to the date of event.

  • Hukam's Lalit Mahal respects your right to privacy. Any personal information that you share with us, like your name, date of birth, address, marital status, telephone number, credit card particular and the like, shall be entitled to privacy and kept confidentially.
  • Hukam's Lalit Mahal assures you that your personal information shall not be used/disclosed by it, save for the purpose of doing the intended business with you, or if required to be disclosed under the due process of law.
  • Hukam's Lalit Mahal assures you that in the event of your personal information being shared with its subsidiaries, business associates etc, such sharing of information shall be for the purpose of doing the intended business with you.
  • Hukam's Lalit Mahal reserves its right to collect, analyse and disseminate aggregate site usage patterns of all its visitors with the view to enhancing services to its visitors, This includes sharing the information with its subsidiaries, and business associates as a general business practice.

  • Hukam's Lalit Mahal reserves its right to revise this privacy policy from time to time at its discretion with the view to making the policy more user-friendly.


Rules and Regulations
  • At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in the hotel is required to present a valid government identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required. Also the guests are requested to carry the reservation letter at the time of arrival.
  • Total room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the bookings. For weddings & other large functions, 80% of the approximate total billing is to be paid 40 days in advance in order to confirm the booking.
  • Outside alcohol and eatables are not allowed in the hotel.
  • Hookahs and personal music/speaker systems are not allowed in the hotel.
  • Lockers for your valuables are available in each guest room. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
  • In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Hukam's Lalit Mahal will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
  • The properties can be chartered for an exclusive wedding/celebrations or any other event @ Rs. 2,50,000 in addition to the room costs.
  • Area blocking charges for exclusive lunches or dinners is between Rs. 20,000/- and Rs.50,000/-.
  • Conference equipment is provided as per actual costs, on prior notice.
  • No charge for child below 5 years and a half rates for child below 10 on meals. 11 years and above will be charged adult price.
  • Extra bed is available on requests. The cost of extra bed will be Rs. 2000/- plus taxes.
  • Breakfast is included in the room tariff.
  • There are special charges for weekends, Christmas, and New year. Please do contact our Sales Offices for further information.
  • Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
  • All prices mentioned regarding rooms, meals, services and other facilities are exclusive of taxes. CGST and SGST rates as per the GST Act and GST Rules & Regulations will be levied on the corresponding services availed at the properties. All taxes are subject to change as per the Government regulations from time to time.
