Cancellation Rules

1. Cancellation Charges for individual bookings
2. If cancelled 96 hours prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
3. If cancelled within 48-72 hours prior to check-in date, then 50% amount would be deducted if 100% advance received.
4. If cancelled within 24 hours prior to check-in date, then 100% amount would be deducted if 100% advance received.
5. If no no-show, there would not be any refund.
6. Confirmation/cancellation policy for weddings and large celebrations
7. 50% of the total estimated billing amount has to be made at the time of the confirmation of the event/function/large celebrations/wedding booking, along with a signed copy of the function agreement mentioning terms & conditions.
8. 25% of the total estimated billing amount has to be made 75 - 90 days prior to the event/function date.
9. Last 25% of the total estimated billing amount has to be made 45 - 60 days prior to the event/function date.
10. If power billing of venues, for example:- Claudius / Colossal / Cove / Cora Lawns, it has to be paid 30 days prior to the function date based on the function schedule or estimated requirement as per the venue. And a copy of the function schedule has to be intimated to the hotel well in advance.
11. If not complied with the above, the booking can be cancelled, and it would be non – refundable/non – transferable/non – adjustable to any other function in any circumstances whatsoever may be the reason.
12. If there are any such unknown incidents, then we would be able to give you another reschedule date, subject to availability of the venue, that would be valid for within 6 months only, as per management decision (subject to approval).
13. Full clearance of the bill at the time of check-out.
14. In case of any cancellation:
15. The advance received for all the events are non - refundable and non - transferable whatsoever may be the circumstances/reason.
16. Cancellation of any Function must be notified to the hotel in WRITING Only.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are possible on all bookings based on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
2. Non-refundable bookings are extremely special rates issued on the basis of guaranteed bookings after fulfilling all criteria requirements. Such bookings received through any channel will not be refunded.
3. For eligible cases, while all efforts will be made to initiate the refund at the earliest, any refund will take a period of two to four weeks to be affected. This time period is due to factors which may include, but not be limited to, your credit card company’s billing cycle tallying, confirmation of amounts received against the particular booking and receipt of all bank requirements to where the refund is to be directed amongst others including management approval.
4. If a “Refund Hold” has been requested, this will be treated as a credit note against your next booking within the next 3 months of travel. Rates for your booking, however, are subject to change depending on the season/availability, and the differential amount is payable/adjustable.
5. If a simple “Refund” has been requested, the process will start immediately, but shall take two to four weeks to reflect in your bank account. In cases where there may be mass cancellations for reasons such as natural calamities, acts of terror, strikes/bandhs where the banking service may be affected, refunds will be processed when regular operations restart.
6. Refunds will not be entertained due to flight or train cancellations.
7. All bookings during peak season periods, including December 20th until 3rd January across all our properties, are non-amendable and non-refundable. Kindly refer to our website – www.lalitmahal.in, where a specific peak period is mentioned per hotel.
8. A banking administration fee of no more than 5% on the refund value will be charged against all processed refunds.
9. For GST refunds, the same is as per the applicable law.

Privacy Policy

1. Hukam's Lalit Mahal welcomes you to its website and looks forward to a meaningful interaction with you.
2. Hukam's Lalit Mahal respects your right to privacy. Any personal information that you share with us, like your name, date of birth, address, marital status, telephone number, credit card particulars and the like, shall be entitled to privacy and kept confidential.
3. Hukam's Lalit Mahal assures you that your personal information shall not be used/disclosed by it, save for the purpose of doing the intended business with you, or if required to be disclosed under the due process of law.
4. Hukam's Lalit Mahal assures you that in the event of your personal information being shared with its subsidiaries, business associates, etc, such sharing of information shall be for the purpose of doing the intended business with you.
5. Hukam's Lalit Mahal reserves its right to collect, analyse and disseminate aggregate site usage patterns of all its visitors with the view to enhancing services to its visitors. This includes sharing the information with its subsidiaries and business associates as a general business practice.

7. While Hukam's Lalit Mahal assures you that it will do its best to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information, it shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any violation or misuse of your personal information by unauthorised persons consequent to misuse of the internet environment.
8. Hukam's Lalit Mahal reserves its right to revise this privacy policy from time to time at its discretion with the view to making the policy more user-friendly.

Rules and Regulations

1. At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in the hotel is required to present a valid government-issued identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required. Also the guests are requested to carry the reservation letter at the time of arrival.
2. Total room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the bookings. For weddings & other large functions, 100% of the approximate total billing is to be paid 45 - 60 days in advance in order to confirm the booking.
3. Outside alcohol and eatables are not allowed in the hotel.
4. Hookahs and personal music/speaker systems are not allowed in the hotel.
5. Lockers for your valuables are available in each guest room. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
6. In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Hukam's Lalit Mahal will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
7. The properties can be chartered for an exclusive wedding/celebrations or any other event @ Rs. 2,50,000 in addition to the room costs.
8. Area blocking charges for exclusive lunches or dinners are between Rs. 50,000/- and Rs.1,00,000/-.
9. Conference equipment is provided as per actual costs, on prior notice.
10. No charge for child below 5 years and a half rates for child below 10 on meals. 11 years and above will be charged the adult price.
11. Extra bed is available on request. The cost of extra bed will be Rs. 2,000/- plus taxes.
12. Breakfast is excluded/included in the room tariff, to be contacted with the front desk team / Sales team, depends upon your requirement & plan offered.
13. There are special charges for weekends, Christmas, and New Year's. Please do contact our Sales Offices for further information.
14. Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
15. All prices mentioned regarding rooms, meals, services and other facilities are exclusive of taxes. CGST and SGST rates as per the GST Act and GST Rules & Regulations will be levied on the corresponding services availed at the properties. All taxes are subject to change as per the Government regulations from time to time.
